1. Who We Are

PharmaStok ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered pharmacy operations platform operated from India. Our registered contact for data matters is support@pharmastok.com. By using pharmastok.com, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: your name, email address, phone number, store name, GST number, and drug licence number provided at registration.

Usage data: invoice images and PDFs you upload for OCR processing, inventory records, billing records, and customer details you enter into the platform.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs for security and debugging purposes.

Payment data: we do not store any card numbers or UPI credentials. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay and governed by their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: (a) provide, operate, and improve PharmaStok services; (b) process invoice OCR via AI models; (c) send WhatsApp and email notifications you opt into; (d) generate GST-compliant billing documents; (e) send transactional emails such as OTPs and receipts; (f) comply with applicable Indian laws including IT Act 2000 and GST regulations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with: Razorpay for payment processing; Twilio for WhatsApp messaging; Google for optional Google Sign-In; Groq / AI providers solely for OCR extraction of your uploaded invoices (images are not retained by them beyond the API call). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded invoice images are stored for 90 days then auto-deleted unless you export them. You may request full deletion of your data by emailing support@pharmastok.com — we will action deletion within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is isolated per store account — no other pharmacy can access your data. Our servers are hosted on Hostinger KVM infrastructure in India.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; erase your data; and raise a grievance. Contact support@pharmastok.com to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

PharmaStok uses only essential browser localStorage for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PharmaStok ("Service"), you ("User") agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business. Users must be at least 18 years old.

2. Subscription Plans & Payment

Free Plan: Up to 10 invoice uploads per month. No billing or WhatsApp features. No payment required.

Starter Plan (₹499/month + 18% GST): Up to 50 invoices/month, full inventory, WhatsApp integration. Billed monthly or annually (20% discount).

Pro Plan (₹999/month + 18% GST): Unlimited invoices, retail billing with GST, customer management, full analytics, Excel/CSV export, priority support. 14-day free trial available.

Enterprise: Custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. GST invoices are auto-generated and emailed. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3. Free Trial

The Pro plan 14-day trial requires no credit card. After 14 days, continued use of Pro features requires a paid subscription. Unused trial days are not refunded or transferred.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then. We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid subscriptions if requested in writing to support@pharmastok.com. No refunds for annual plans after the 7-day window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload invoices or data for any purpose other than your own pharmacy operations; (b) resell or sublicense PharmaStok; (c) reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use the Service to store or process data in violation of Indian law, including the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act 2000; (e) share login credentials with individuals outside your store.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data you upload. You grant PharmaStok a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. We will not use your business data to train AI models or share it commercially.

7. Invoice OCR Accuracy

AI OCR extraction is provided as-is with typical accuracy of ~95–98%. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming extracted data before it is committed to your inventory. PharmaStok is not liable for inventory discrepancies arising from unreviewed AI extractions.

8. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance via email. Enterprise SLA guarantees are available under custom contracts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PharmaStok's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. We encourage resolution via good-faith email negotiation before litigation.
